Sweetcorn & Prawn Soup


110g field fare frozen diced onion


1 potato, peeled and finely chopped

300g field fare frozen whole kernal sweetcorn

chicken or vegetable stock fresh, cube or concentrate, made up to 750ml

200g field fare frozen king prawns

30g field fare frozen chopped coriander

prawns and swtcrn soup


Fry the onion in a non-stick pan with a little oil until soft, add the potato and sweetcorn and season well.

Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil, cook for 10 minutes and then add the prawns

Bring back to the boil.

Stir in the coriander.

Serves 2
