Sweet Potato Chips

A delicious variant of the classic chip, crunchy and gluten-free, an all-round healthier chip.

Bubble and Squeak

Jamie Oliver is a fan of good old bubble and squeak and finalist Jack Layer cooked up a tasty batch in Master Chef.

We’ve produced our own Bubble and Squeak based on a traditional English recipe of mashed potato, cabbage and onions.  In 60g swirls, these can be easily microwaved or cooked in the oven … we prefer oven cooking them to give them a nice crunchy top!
